The Money Owed by the Insurance Company
I had a car accident, and the insurance company calculated (450) dinars for me, knowing that repairing the car costs (500) dinars. I raised the case to court, and it ruled to pay an amount of one thousand dinars on the basis that all the replaced parts should be new. Is this money permissible for me?
