The Mistake in Reading the Quran in Prayer
I pray Taraweeh with my elderly husband who does not master the rules of Tajweed and sometimes makes mistakes with the movements. Is my prayer behind him valid?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: Your prayer with him contains great goodness, and the prayer is not invalidated by mistakes in reciting the Quran or by forgetfulness, and God knows best.
