The Menstruating Woman Touching the Holy Quran for the Necessity of Learning and Teaching
Is it permissible for a menstruating woman, if she is a student or a teacher, to touch the Mushaf according to the opinion of the Maliki scholars?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The doctrine of the Maliki scholars is not common in our country, and we only issue fatwas based on it in cases of necessity, such as exams and similar situations. And God knows best.
