Question
If a small child urinates on a mat, carpet, or bed, how do I remove the impurity? Should I just remove the visible impurity if it has one, or if it doesn't have a visible part, should I wipe the area with a cloth dampened with water, or must I pour water over it to remove the impurity?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is necessary to wash it and to strive in that until the predominant assumption is that it has been removed; wiping alone is not sufficient, and God knows best.
