It is for the menstruating woman to place cotton in her vagina and to use it; if it comes out white, it is a sign of purity. Women would bring it in a cloth to our mother Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, and she would say: (Do not rush until you see the white discharge), and Allah knows best.
