I say, and with Allah's success: It is permissible for us to interpret the hand as meaning power and so on, or we can delegate the meaning of the hand to Allah, so we do not speak about it and remain silent about it. As for affirming a physical limb for Allah, that is disbelief. And Allah knows best.
