The Mandatory Bequest to Inherit the Children of the Son
Do the children of the deceased have a bequest or inheritance from the grandfather equivalent to the share of the deceased son?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The grandson does not inherit from the grandfather based on the rules of inheritance, and granting him inheritance would undermine those rules. The grandfather may bequeath to him from one-third of his estate, and God knows best.
