Al-Iqtidar: It is to place the garment under the right arm before the Tawaf until its completion, and it is a Sunnah; as narrated by Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and his companions performed Umrah from Al-Ji'ranah, and they hurried around the Kaaba, placing their garments under their armpits, having thrown them over their left shoulders."
