The Interference of Expiation for Breaking the Fast in Ramadan

Question
A person who has (20) years has deliberately broken the fast in every Ramadan for at least (3) days without excuse, whether by sexual intercourse, smoking, or otherwise. Does he have to perform an expiation for fasting (20) times, or what is required of him?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: He must make up for all that he has broken the fast, along with performing one expiation for all the previous breaking of the fast, which is to fast for two consecutive months, and God knows best.
