Question
A man lives in the UAE and announced the beginning of Ramadan a day after Jordan. Then he traveled to Jordan at the end of Ramadan and broke his fast a day before the UAE. Thus, his fasting becomes 28 days. Is his fasting valid?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: One must adhere to fasting and breaking the fast in the town where he is. If his fasting is for 28 days, he must make up one day, and God knows best.
