Question
A woman saw her husband cursing the Divine Self without any apparent legal excuse. Should she separate from him and refrain from him? Should she file a lawsuit in court?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Whoever insults the Divine Self, may God protect us, is unanimously considered an apostate, and thus a separation occurs between them without divorce. Consequently, it is not permissible for the woman to allow herself, and the contract between them must be renewed, and there is no need to file a lawsuit. And God knows best.
