Answer
The obligation: To enter into Ihram from any Miqat. 2. The Sunnah: To enter into Ihram from the Miqat of one's country; to alleviate hardship for the Ummah. 3. The best: To enter into Ihram from the dwelling of one's family; as it is a form of hastening to acts of worship. 4. The preferable: Anything done before its time, by entering into Ihram from beyond the dwelling of one's family before reaching the Miqat. 5. The prohibited: Delaying the Ihram beyond the specified Miqat. 6. The disliked: Exceeding one's Miqat to another Miqat, while being someone who can control themselves from the prohibited. The Ihram is valid in all these cases, even in the prohibited Ihram, but it requires a sacrifice (dam). There is no condition for the validity of Ihram regarding place, time, form, or state; if one enters into Ihram while wearing stitched clothing, their Ihram is valid, or if one engages in sexual relations, their Ihram is invalid.
