My husband takes usurious loans from a usurious bank without my knowledge and spends them on household matters. What should I do as a wife, and is it permissible for me to request a divorce over this action, especially since he refuses the idea that it is forbidden?

I say, and with God's success: It is the wife's right to live with lawful money with her husband. If most of his income is lawful, it is permissible to eat his food and drink. If most of it is unlawful, it is not permissible. The wife must strive to achieve that, and God knows best.
