The Husband's Money Management
The husband is responsible for household expenses. If the wife sends a plate of food that she has cooked to a neighbor or relative without the husband's permission, is she sinful?

I say, and with God's success: Any action regarding the husband's money requires permission, and this permission can be explicit or implied, such as saying: I will send a plate of food to my neighbor, and the husband does not object, or it is known between them that such exchanges occur without objection.
