The Hijab When Reading the Quran

Question
When I read the Quran, do I have to adhere to the full hijab and perform ablution, or can I read it without hijab or ablution?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is recommended to wear a hijab when reading the Quran, but it is not obligatory. It is obligatory to perform ablution before touching the Quran. If one reads it without touching it, it is permissible to read without ablution, and God knows best.
