The Hanafi Evidence on Not Raising the Hands in Qunoot

Question
What is the evidence of the Hanafi school regarding not raising the hands during qunoot, as many worshippers and imams deny the absence of raising the hands in qunoot?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: It is well-known that nothing has been established in the Sunnah regarding raising the hands during prayer, whether in qunoot or otherwise. Those who advocate raising the hands do so based on analogy to actions outside of prayer. The majority of instances where supplication is established in prayer occurs before the tasleem, and there is no raising of the hands in that context; therefore, it is even more applicable to qunoot. And God knows best.
