The Hajj of the Quran and Its Ruling

Question
What is the Hajj of the Quran and what is its ruling?
Answer
To combine the two rituals together or to enter the state of Ihram for Umrah, then perform Hajj without any break in between, which is the best way of Ihram, and it is prescribed for those coming from afar. There are several ways: 1. To enter the state of Ihram for both Hajj and Umrah together. 2. To enter the state of Ihram for Hajj on top of the Ihram for Umrah before performing four circuits of Tawaf for Umrah, which has two scenarios: A. He is considered a Qarin (one who combines Hajj and Umrah) in a legal sense if most of the Tawaf for Umrah occurs during the months of Hajj, thus he is required to offer a sacrifice as gratitude or compensation. B. He is considered a Qarin in a linguistic sense if most of the Tawaf for Umrah occurs before the months, and he is not required to offer a sacrifice because it does not necessitate gratitude or compensation. 3. To enter the state of Ihram for Umrah on top of the Ihram for Hajj before starting the Tawaf of arrival by one circuit, in which case he is considered a Qarin who has committed a wrongdoing, or after performing at least one circuit of Tawaf for arrival, in which case he is also committing a wrongdoing, but to a greater extent than the first scenario.
