The Guardianship of a Foreign Man for a Widow

Question
A man divorced his wife three separate times, and now he wants to reconcile with her, but outside of court; because the wife's family does not know, he wants to bring a foreign guardian as if he is the guardian for this woman and two witnesses, and marry her to another man outside of court, and the latter would have complete marital relations with her and then divorce her whenever he wishes, after which the first man would reconcile with her with a new contract. Is this permissible according to the Hanafi school of thought, especially regarding the issue of the guardian?
Answer

I say, and with God's success: It is necessary to contract in a correct manner in court, so as not to open the door to manipulation of religious rulings, and it is not permissible to agree with someone to perform this marriage and then divorce. And God knows best.
