The Gift in the Life of the Father
A man has three sons and four daughters, two of his sons reside in America, and three of his daughters are married. Is it permissible for the father to gift his son who lives with him a house and a piece of land, build him a house, and marry him off, without giving anything to the other children?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: he should treat the brothers equally in giving, unless one of the brothers has a special situation, specific circumstances, and convincing justifications for everyone, so that he is given more support and assistance. And God knows best.
