What is the ruling on a daughter accompanying her mother for treatment in hospitals, with male siblings present but occupied? What is the ruling in terms of Sharia, law, and custom? Is it obligatory for the daughter or the son?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If it is possible for the children to do it, it is one of the greatest doors of reward and merit. If the siblings fall short in this or are unable to do it, and the daughter does it, she will have a great reward. And God knows best.
