The Father on the Children
Is the father's obligation to provide for his male and female children still required if they are poor adults?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The maintenance of poor daughters is obligatory on the father, even if they are grown, unlike sons whose maintenance is obligatory on themselves; because they are capable of earning, unless they are unable to earn. And God knows best.
