The Father's Division of His Wealth Among His Children During His Lifetime
A son borrowed a large amount of money from his father and was unable to repay it. Now the father wants to distribute his inheritance among his children like their brother so as not to wrong them. The son who borrowed from him is still there, and the father is asking whether the money that his son did not repay is part of his share in the inheritance. Is such a division permissible, as the father fears that he might wrong one son at the expense of another?

I say, and with God's success: If he wants justice and to avoid oppression, he must consider the religion from the inheritance for the son or give the rest of his children the same as he gave to this son, and God knows best.
