I say, and with God's success: Many books have been written by great scholars like Al-Suyuti, discussing the salvation of the parents of the Prophet , and there are hadith narrations that testify to this, as they were presented with Islam and believed in it. The status of the Prophet  is very great, so we should believe this and show respect towards him, and not harm him whether alive or dead. And God knows best.
