The Exit of a Woman in Iddah Due to Death
My mother in mourning wants to go out with my sister to the bank and to buy things for Ramadan. Is that permissible?

I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible for a woman to leave her house during the waiting period except for necessity, and if she finds someone to act on her behalf for what she wants, then it is not permissible for her to go out. What you mentioned does not justify leaving, and God knows best.
