The Equation of Al-Ikhlas for the Holy Quran
In light of the noble prophetic hadith that reading Surah Al-Ikhlas three times is equivalent to reading the Holy Quran, is it permissible to recite it as a completion of the Quran and dedicate it after each obligatory prayer for the deceased?
