The Entry of Water into the Throat of the Fasting Person During Ablution

Question
When I am fasting, I avoid rinsing my mouth and inhaling water during ablution for fear of water entering. However, when washing my face, I feel that water has entered through my nose, and I feel it in my throat. Am I overpowered and thus do not break my fast, or am I mistaken and should I make up for it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is recommended for the fasting person to rinse their mouth and sniff water, but it is disliked to exaggerate in them. What you feel is not significant; it is due to dominance, and God knows best.
