The Engagement for the Waiting Period
A woman is in a dispute with her husband and has been at her family's house for six months. In the seventh month, she was divorced, and she has been divorced for a month and a half. After this time, a suitor came to her. Is it permissible for her to be engaged in this situation, or does she still have to observe the waiting period of the divorcee?
