I say, and with God's help: The Eid prayer is obligatory only for men, and it is performed in the mosque with the congregation. If a woman's going to the mosques does not cause fitnah (temptation), it is permissible for her to pray it with the congregation. It is not sufficient for it to be prayed at home, due to the lack of its condition. And God knows best.
