The Distance of Travel Permitting Shortening

Question
A traveler has a journey of sixty-five kilometers, and his return distance is sixty-five. Is he allowed to break his fast?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is less than the considered distance of travel; because it exceeds eighty kilometers one way and the same for the return, so one is not permitted to break the fast for such a distance, and God knows best.
