If donations come for specific orphans and the agent donates them to other poor people, does he incur sin for this action?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: The agent is trustworthy, and he must not violate the agency, and he is liable for what he contradicts with sin, unless he has permission to indicate, and God knows best.
