I say, and with God's success: Yes, it breaks the ablution; because it is a condition for what comes out of other than the two passages to be considered a breaker of ablution: that it is impure, and that it flows to a place that must be purified, whether in ablution or washing. Here, both conditions are met, so it is considered a breaker and is like blood in the most correct opinion, as it is the thin wound water mixed with blood.
