The Difference Between the Sunnah of Isha and the Prayer of Shaf'

Question
Is the Sunnah prayer that we pray after Isha, which consists of two rak'ahs, the same as the Shaf' prayer? And do we pray the Witr prayer as a single rak'ah at the end of the night before Fajr after the night prayer?
Answer
The meaning of Shaf' is a prayer of two Rak'ahs, not that it is a specific prayer. What comes after Isha is the Sunnah of Isha, and you should pray three Rak'ahs connected with two Tashahhud and one Salam, whether after the Sunnah or at the end of the night. And Allah knows best.
