The Hanafi school is considered the oldest of the Sunni jurisprudential schools, and all who came after them relied on it and benefited from it; because Imam Abu Hanifa was one of the early successors, and it is the easiest of the jurisprudential schools to apply. They consider it the school of the general public, meaning that anyone can apply it due to its simplicity and ease. And God knows best.
