I say, and with God's help: The "namisa" is the one who plucks hair from the face, and the "mazajjaja" is the one who plucks hair to beautify the eyebrow. Both actions are permissible by Sharia as long as they do not exceed the woman's usual state, as they would then be a form of adornment for non-mahrams. And God knows best.
