What is the difference between the Shurooq and Duha prayers, and when does the Duha prayer start?

I say, and with God's help: Each of them is a recommended voluntary prayer. The usual time for the Fajr prayer is after the time of dislike has ended, and the Duha prayer can be performed at any time from after the time of dislike until noon. And God knows best.
