What is the difference between the rulings resulting from the divorce of a woman that is irrevocable of minor type and that of major type, in terms of the waiting period, leaving the house, and inheritance from the husband?

I say, and with God's success: In the case of minor irrevocable divorce, she returns to her husband with a new contract and dowry, while in the case of major irrevocable divorce, she must have another husband. A woman does not leave during the waiting periods, and the rulings are similar regarding the waiting period.
