A woman married for eight years with two children and six months pregnant, her husband wants to fulfill his marital rights daily, and she feels tired and burdened by responsibilities, which has led to many disputes and him accusing her of negligence. She wishes for a divorce so that he can marry another to satisfy his desires. Is it possible to request a divorce from the judge without mentioning these details to maintain the couples' privacy?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is not a justified excuse for requesting divorce and the separation of families and children. It is your duty to meet the husband's needs and consider that with Allah, or encourage him to marry another. However, it is not advisable for you to pursue the path of divorce; its consequences are severe for you, and Allah knows best.
