The Description of the Hands During the Qunoot Prayer
What is my ruling as a Hanafi when I pray the five prayers behind an imam who performs the Qunoot of calamities? Should I raise my hands? And should I say Ameen behind him? And what about the Qunoot in the Witr prayer during Ramadan?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: There is no need to raise the hands if one does not fear fitnah, and there is no need for the takbeer, and God knows best.
