The Deceased's Pension Salary
I am a sick girl and I am almost fifty years old, living with my mother. I have brothers and sisters, all of whom are married. My father passed away and left behind a pension salary of 750, and I receive 50 while the rest goes to my mother. Do my brothers and sisters have a share of my father's pension salary?

I say, and with God's success: They are entitled to a right if the pension system grants it to them, but it is known that the pension system does not grant it to them; rather, it belongs to whoever has designated it for them, and God knows best.
