The Debt After the Creditor's Death
My brother passed away at the age of 57, and he owed me an amount of 500 dinars. I would like to buy water coolers with this amount and place them in mosques. Is this permissible, or is it required to return it in cash to the heirs?

I say, and with God's success: This religion is an inheritance and is divided among the heirs, unless the heirs permit you after informing them about it, and God knows best.
