The Death of a Voluntary Sacrifice
I bought three sacrifices: one for my obligatory duty, the second for the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the third for my deceased father. Then one of them died before the slaughter, leaving two. What should I do?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: You are not required to offer another sacrifice in place of the one that died before the sacrifice; because it is not obligatory upon you, and God knows best.
