The Daughter Leading Her Mother in Prayer
Is it permissible for a 9-year-old girl to lead her mother in prayer? And is the mother's prayer valid? Knowing that she does this to encourage her daughter to pray?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for her to lead if she has reached maturity, meaning she has started menstruating at this age; otherwise, it is not permissible, and God knows best.
