Question
I have a dry cleaning shop, and people leave their clothes for washing, and sometimes they do not return to collect or pay. Can I sell their clothes if they do not come back to compensate what they owe me?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If you know the owner and can contact him, you must reach out before taking action. If you cannot reach him, you may use it to pay off the debt and give away what remains for the owner, and God knows best.
