The Construction of the Mosque with Usury Money
Is it permissible to accept usury money for building the mosque's bathroom or constructing a mosque?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to spend it on places like baths, but not on mosques; because they are revered, and thus it should not be spent from usury funds. And God knows best.
