I say, and with God's help: If a woman owns an amount of 100 grams of gold, which is the minimum threshold for being obligated to pay zakat beyond her essential needs, she must perform a sacrifice from her own money, and her husband is not required to sacrifice on her behalf. If she does not own this amount, she is not obligated to perform a sacrifice, and God knows best.
