Answer
I say, and with God's success: Zakat is due on those who do not possess the nisab of deprivation, which is the known nisab of zakat (100) grams of gold or its equivalent, in excess of their original needs from their house, apartment, furniture, car, and others. Whoever possesses this, even if a year has not passed, is prohibited from receiving zakat; hence it is called the nisab of deprivation, and God knows best.
