The Concept of Ejaculation
Kissing during the day in Ramadan does not break the fast unless ejaculation occurs. What is the significance of ejaculation? Is it the ejaculation with desire and the flow of 'semen', or is it merely the act of ejaculation even without flow but with desire, such as 'pre-ejaculate'?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: He breaks his fast if he ejaculates with desire, but merely the discharge of pre-seminal fluid requires ablution, and God knows best.
