The Client Sells the Murabaha Commodity Through the Bank Question:
Is it permissible to purchase construction materials through an Islamic bank in installments, and then ask the shop owner to sell them in his shop to the shop's customers for a small fee for the sale process?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Selling from the same place involves a suspicion of usury, so it can be sold in another place, and God knows best.
