I say, and with God's help: It is obligatory to say the Takbir after the Fajr prayer on the Day of Arafah in every Sunnah congregation until the last days of Tashreeq; for twenty-three prayers, and its wording is: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, there is no god but Allah, and Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, and to Allah be the praise, and Allah knows best.
