I say, and with God's help: Whoever possesses the amount of the nisab, which is (100) grams of gold, must pay zakat after a full lunar year has passed. For example, if one possesses the nisab amount at the end of the month of Ramadan, which is (3000) dinars, for instance, this is the amount of the nisab, and they should calculate (2.5%), and God knows best.
